+ ONBOARDING

All Coaching Services will start with an INITIAL ASSESSMENT - this process includes a detailed intake form to pinpoint your personal goals + outline the most effective path to reach them. We’ll also dive deep into your current health, past dieting experiences, current nutrition, primary challenges, mindset, training routine, + more!

+ your customized plan

With food quality being a top priority, we will use a flexible dieting approach. To promote sustainability, this flexible approach ensures you don’t feel deprived of the foods you truly enjoy!

Depending on your unique needs + preferences, we may incorporate elements like:

  • meal frequency + nutrient timing

  • personalized caloric + macronutrient targets

  • diet periodization

  • refeed days or untracked meals

  •  a focus on foundational lifestyle habits for overall physical + mental health!

+ weekly check ins

All done remotely through our online portal!

The simple addition to having a coach to report to weekly builds in the layer of accountability you’ve been missing

Through these check ins, your coach will be tracking your: food intake, weight averages, waist measurements, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, steps/activity, + progress photos.

+ PLAN ADJUSTMENTS

These may happen every few weeks or so, depending on your compliance, how your body is responding, as well as what you have coming up in your life or on your calendar.
